Material Review Board (MRB) Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all MRB materials, ensuring accurate and timely processing and disposition within the ERP system
• Create and maintain accurate non-conforming material records
• Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to resolve material issues and implement corrective actions
• Maintain inventory accuracy of MRB materials and ensure proper storage
• Generate and analyze MRB reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Oversee the incoming inspection process to identify non-conforming parts and materials
• Manage non-conforming parts found during manufacturing, assembly, or testing

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Access, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with quality management systems, CAPA, and Lean manufacturing
• Knowledge of regulatory standards such as ISO 9001 or ISO 13485
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a shop/warehouse environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field
• Prior experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance
• Experience with Infor (Syteline) ERP system
