Material Review Board (MRB) Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MRB processes by tracking and managing all materials and ensuring accurate disposition in the ERP system
• Create and maintain accurate non-conforming material records (MRR’s)
• Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to resolve material issues
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure proper storage of MRB materials
• Generate and analyze MRB reports and monitor process metrics
• Ensure all activities comply with quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Manage non-conforming parts found during inspection, manufacturing, assembly, or testing

Requirements

• MRB experience required
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent)
• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Access, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with quality management systems, CAPA, and Lean manufacturing
• Knowledge of regulatory standards such as ISO 9001 or ISO 13485

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance
• Experience with Infor (Syteline) ERP system
• Previous experience leading or managing teams
