Material Resource Economist (Serial Procurement)

Responsibilities

• Determine material resource needs and plan delivery schedules in accordance with customer orders
• Order materials in the required quantities and timeframes, including organizing unplanned deliveries
• Analyze risks of delivery delays and implement timely preventive measures
• Monitor supplier compliance with contractual obligations regarding quantity, quality, and delivery terms
• Evaluate supplier performance, prepare claims, and communicate to resolve deviations and reduce debt
• Manage material shortages and resource disposition using Shortage reports
• Participate in optimizing material resource usage, reducing costs, and analyzing unused inventory

Requirements

• Higher education in Enterprise Economics, Accounting and Audit, Finance, or Analytics
• English language proficiency at a B1 level
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong analytical skills and leadership qualities
• Ability to make independent decisions and learn quickly

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with SAP
• Proficiency in the Polish language
