Material Reliability Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategy for semiconductor material reliability testing in Malaysia
• Assess market opportunities, technical feasibility, and customer demand for local reliability testing capability
• Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis to identify target customers and pricing expectations
• Build and manage a qualified pipeline across semiconductor manufacturers, wafer fabs, OSATs, and automotive supply chain players
• Work with technical teams to define service scope, test portfolios, and customer requirements
• Support M&A and partnership exploration by identifying potential local laboratories and technology partners
• Maintain accurate CRM records and business development reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Materials Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Applied Science, or Business
• Experience in business development, sales, or technical strategy within semiconductor, electronics, or automotive supply chains
• Proven ability to conduct market analysis and convert technical service opportunities into commercial outcomes
• Understanding of semiconductor supply chain including wafer fab, packaging, and assembly
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% for customer meetings and site visits
