About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive processes to successful completion in support of aggressive delivery schedules
- Oversee GSC proposal execution performance and reporting
- Provide MRP support and production alignment to support Operations execution
- Manage supplier material management, forecasting, and risk/opportunity plans
- Act as the key interface between Supply Chain, the Program Office, and suppliers
- Conduct supplier engagements regarding capability, capacity, opportunity, and risk
- Collect and analyze performance metrics to contribute to EAC reporting
- Facilitate product and process changes through collaboration with Engineering and Quality
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree and 6 years of experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supplier management, project management, or program management
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance
- U.S. citizenship is required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in the defense industry within a supply chain function
- Experience purchasing assemblies for military applications
- Experience using manufacturing or enterprise planning tools such as Kinaxis, SAP, or PRISM
