Material Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Supply Chain Management interface for assigned commercial and military programs
• Coordinate planning, procurement, supplier performance, and logistics to support material readiness
• Manage program-level material shortages and supplier risk visibility
• Align program schedules with supply chain execution plans
• Integrate engineering releases and configuration changes into SCM activities
• Translate material and supplier issues into program-level schedule and financial impacts
• Support program forecasting, ETC/EAC updates, and execution status reporting
• Serve as SCM Control Account Manager (CAM) in EVMS environments
• Support variance analysis and corrective action planning

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, planning, or operations
• Experience with ERP systems and schedule-driven environments
• Experience coordinating cross-functional execution activities
• Strong understanding of material flow and program execution
• Ability to communicate execution risk clearly and concisely

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in aerospace, defense, or complex manufacturing environments
• Experience in aircraft interiors or highly customized aerospace programs
• Familiarity with EVMS, CBSD, or similar structured program management environments
• PMP or equivalent program management certification
• APICS (CPIM, CSCP) certification
• Lean / Six Sigma certification
