Material & Production Planning Manager

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new planning process architectures, defining standard operating procedures for flow management, MRP, and scheduling.
• Ensure accurate material requirement planning for precious metals, stones, and high-value components to optimize stock levels and manage risk.
• Supervise and coordinate medium-to-long-term production plans (S&OP) and short-term detailed scheduling.
• Interface constantly with internal production units and external workshops (façon).
• Optimize SAP systems, specifically utilizing PP and MM modules.
• Monitor performance through the definition and analysis of analytical KPIs such as Inventory Turnover, Stock Out, Service Level, and Capacity Utilization.
• Manage, coordinate, and develop the assigned team to ensure internal skill growth.

Requirements

• Degree in Management Engineering, technical disciplines, or related fields.
• 6-7 years of experience, preferably within the Luxury, Accessories, or High Jewelry/Watchmaking sectors.
• Proven experience in team management.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities for data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency in SAP PP and MM modules.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage change management projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of French language skills.
• Experience with PLM systems and Power BI.
• Familiarity with multi-level BOM and BOL.
