Material Planning Specialist

Responsibilities

• Verify, approve, and process production material requirements
• Order materials from suppliers and coordinate transport/shipments
• Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure smooth material flow
• Manage workflows within the SAP system
• Prepare documentation for supplier additional cost settlements
• Prepare documents for the return of complained/defective materials

Requirements

• High school education
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Practical knowledge of SAP
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Valid Group B driving license
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proactive and independent approach to work
