Responsibilities
- Drive demand forecasting, production planning, and material requirements for PCBA production
- Plan, schedule, and monitor delivery to ensure material readiness adheres to production schedules
- Analyse material readiness and resolve supply and demand imbalances
- Perform scenario analysis to evaluate production capacity, material availability, and cost factors
- Prepare periodic material-related reports and proposed resolutions for management
- Develop benchmark metrics to monitor and evaluate supply chain performance
Requirements
- Over 5 years in supply chain management, preferably in high-tech
- Understanding of material planning processes and EE component suppliers
- Familiarity with OEM/ODM partners
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel (including VBA), data modelling, and automation
- Experience with ERP systems and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Superset)
- Proficiency in English and Chinese is highly preferred
