Material Planning Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain materials, purchasing, and supply data to support various production departments.
• Coordinate contracts and maintain Certificates of Conformance for all suppliers.
• Create and maintain outsource parts schedules and update item master content lists.
• Audit data for accuracy, resolve integrity issues, and prepare summary reports, spreadsheets, and charts.
• Track materials financial performance and initiate corrective actions when required.
• Perform daily reviews of RMA transactions and manage client bulk RMA services.
• Create weekly purchase orders, including all client parts, and manage data entry for clients.
• Act as the primary window for client material (consigned parts) supply.
• Develop commodity spend profiles and provide detailed bill of materials research by site.
• Assist in supply chain transfer and risk management for New Product Introduction (NPI).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in materials planning or a related field.
• Proven experience in data auditing, reporting, and managing complex spreadsheets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in electronics manufacturing.
• Experience with inventory control, supply chain management, or material scheduling.
