Material Planner & Site Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage weekly planning and scheduling requirements to optimize network capacity and ensure service, inventory, and cost targets are met
• Oversee the factory planning process, including maintaining Bills of Materials (BOM) and managing purchase orders for raw and packaging materials
• Coordinate closely with Procurement and suppliers to manage material arrivals in alignment with the production plan to avoid shortages
• Control inventory levels for raw materials, WIP, and packaging to meet plant and category targets
• Lead or facilitate scheduling and manufacturing meetings and manage relevant KPIs for stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in Planning, Logistics, or Manufacturing (FMCG, manufacturing, or automotive experience preferred)
• Advanced English fluency (mandatory)
• Strong Excel skills and knowledge of MRP and inventory models
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP Production module (P1P)
• Proficiency with Power BI
