Material Planner

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage procurement and supply plans
• Collaborate closely with Process and Design Engineering to analyze retrofit Bills of Materials (BOM)
• Identify critical components, custom parts, and materials with long lead times
• Monitor and implement technical changes in real-time to update purchasing plans
• Prevent obsolete stock and avoid production line or site stoppages

Requirements

• Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or an equivalent technical diploma
• At least 2 years of experience in Supply Chain or material planning
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Technical English (written and spoken) and fluency in Italian
• Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team and meet strict deadlines
• Ability to commute daily to Savigliano
