Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate material supply according to production requirements
• Manage supplier rolls and transport, ensuring compliance with times and quantities
• Monitor inventory levels and execute analysis to avoid overstock or shortages
• Use SAP FC5 and SAP Hana for order management, delivery tracking, and inventory control
• Administer the WMS system to ensure traceability and efficiency in material handling
• Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, production, and quality areas to resolve supply deviations
• Propose improvements in planning and internal logistics processes to increase operational efficiency

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in material planning within the automotive industry
• Proficiency in SAP FC5 and SAP Hana
• Knowledge of WMS systems and inventory management
• Intermediate English (advanced preferred)
• Experience in coordination with suppliers and carriers
