Neros is a defense technology company rebuilding America’s drone industrial base. We design and manufacture high-performance unmanned systems that are tested in combat, iterated at startup speed, and built at massive scale.

Responsibilities

• Own weekly Clear to Build sessions with Purchasing across Air, Ground, and Kits/Accessories product lines
• Provide early visibility to Purchasing, Production, and Contracts teams on material status and part shortages
• Manage effectivity dates for engineering changes to minimize excess and obsolescence
• Align cross-functional teams’ priorities to mitigate risk to production line
• Partner with Manufacturing Engineering to ensure accurate MBOM releases and make-versus-buy decisions
• Collaborate with GSMs to maintain master data accuracy including preferred suppliers and lead times

Requirements

• 2+ years supply chain planning experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments
• Hands-on experience running clear-to-build sessions
• Comprehensive understanding of MBOM management and make-versus-buy analysis
• Proven track record managing supply chain scaling from low-rate initial production to high-volume manufacturing
• Experience with master data management
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, business, or related field, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel
• Experience with MRP systems in manufacturing environments
• Background in aerospace, robotics, or electro-mechanical assembly supply chains
• Previous startup or high-growth company experience
