Material Planner

Responsibilities

• Ensure the supply of direct materials in the required quantity, quality, and timing to meet production volume and mix objectives.
• Manage purchase requisitions and supplier plans through SAP to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Develop and implement material strategies in collaboration with the corporate materials team to select the best suppliers.
• Manage purchase parameters and supplier selection processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree.
• 3 years of experience in materials or purchasing within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in SAP for inventory and order management.
• Strong knowledge of negotiation techniques and international trade.
• English proficiency (80% level).
• APICS certification or knowledge is highly valued.
