Responsibilities
- Execute and follow up on the creation of Purchase Orders in the ERP system
- Coordinate with suppliers for clear-to-build updates to summarize parts requiring escalation
- Assist warehouse and accounts payable with troubleshooting issues regarding parts receipts to enable systematic resolution
Requirements
- 1-5 years of relevant experience
- Self-starter and independent work style
- Familiarity with Purchasing and Procurement processes
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle ERP system experience
