Material Planner

Responsibilities

• Schedule and oversee the adequate supply of materials consistent with production schedules to ensure efficient flow.
• Create Purchase Requisitions (PRs) based on demand projections to meet consumer demands.
• Analyze supply trends and customer demands to maintain optimum inventory levels.
• Conduct inventory checks to validate accuracy against target levels.
• Monitor material flow to identify bottlenecks and forecast potential problems.
• Utilize SAP planning systems to generate demand and maintain accurate process flows.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders regarding engineering changes, quality issues, and production timelines.
• Prepare statistical reports and suggest continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in material planning and scheduling multiple projects.
• Proficiency in using SAP software.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, engineering, or supply chain management.
• Professional English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ or more years of industry and regional related experience in planning and scheduling multiple projects.
