Material Planner

Responsibilities

• Plan materials and production based on customer demand to secure on-time delivery and stable production flow
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to manage orders, resolve issues, and ensure reliable supply
• Release, follow up, and confirm production orders in SAP to align capacity, priorities, and customer needs
• Create clear daily overviews and status updates to support decision-making for operations and customer teams
• Support change and development initiatives, including ramp-ups, new materials, and improvement projects

Requirements

• Experience with material planning and production planning
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office tools
• Strong coordination and communication skills for collaborating across production, purchasing, and supplier teams
• A structured mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy operational environment
