Material Planner

Responsibilities

• Manage the supplier portfolio to ensure goods are delivered at the right time, quantity, and place.
• Express delivery needs to suppliers and monitor delivery performance and risk management.
• Collaborate with the Procurement team to ensure contractual agreements are reflected in the ERP.
• Create, coordinate, and manage delivery schedules to ensure supply transparency.
• Track material consumption for compliance with material standards (PBOM) and manage material shortages.
• Adjust stock levels and delivery dates to meet the specific needs of the production line.
• Perform stock control and resolve issues related to invoices and incoming deliveries.
• Coordinate with Quality, Sourcing, Procurement, and Production departments to escalate and resolve problematic topics.

Requirements

• Educational background in Logistics, Economics, or Transport Management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI is highly preferred.
• Familiarity or previous experience with SAP is considered an asset.
• Native-level Polish and a minimum B1 level of English.
