Material Planner

Responsibilities

• Ensure material demand is accurately reflected in the ERP system based on various planning needs
• Calculate material net requirements and forecasts using the Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) process
• Collaborate closely with domestic and international suppliers to enhance supply chain efficiency
• Strategically deploy planning and inventory strategies considering parts typology and demand inputs
• Create and maintain accurate material master data within the ERP system
• Coordinate production planning in alignment with Master Production Scheduling (MPS)
• Partner with Production, Maintenance, Sales, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless material deliveries

Requirements

• Degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience) in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Understanding of supply chain planning and logistics
• Knowledge of ERP systems and Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
• Familiarity with production planning and inventory management strategies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Supply Chain or Inventory Management
