Material Planner

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all production purchase order requirements for North American supply
• Validate and ensure supplier delivery commitments align with PO and production needs
• Expedite material shortages and coordinate with suppliers across sites
• Enter and send purchase orders through Syspro
• Provide pricing and quoting support
• Maintain records by scanning and filing packing lists and invoices
• Reconcile invoice queries and ensure all MODs are properly priced and documented
• Address discrepancies by raising DDRs and reconciling L&Ds

Requirements

• College degree or diploma in Administration, Supply Chain, or Business preferred
• 2-5 years of experience in materials planning, purchasing, or supply chain operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems in a purchasing context
• Experience in automotive or aerospace manufacturing environments preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
