Material & Paint Testing Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory tests in compliance with specifications and test methods for Materials and Paint
• Analyze and interpret test results to ensure quality standards
• Prepare and formalize customer deliverables using the laboratory management system (OneLab)
• Lead reliability and optimization initiatives for existing test methods, including new technologies and AI integration

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a BTS ATI or BTS 2M (technical associate degree)
• Intermediate level of English (B1)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and motivated with a team-oriented mindset
• Knowledge of the automotive industry or quality standards is a plus
