Material Packaging & Inventory Analyst

Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement cyclical inventory plans, including all accounting movements in the MRP system
• Verify inventory levels, warehouse transactions, and transfer transactions
• Collaborate with change management coordinators to identify causes of discrepancies between physical and accounting inventory
• Manage COGI processes
• Cooperate in verifying receipt transactions, obsolete materials, and non-production material inventories
• Manage internal and external packaging
• Report and analyze logistics incidents, including costs and responsibility

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Experience in logistics (automotive industry experience is an advantage)
• Knowledge of physical and accounting material flow
• Knowledge of logistics processes during MRP accounting interventions
• Proficiency in SAP
• Fluency in both English and Czech
• Valid Driver's license (Class B)
• Ability to work onsite in Rychvald and work effectively within a team
