Material Master Data Officer - GSI Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Monitor data accuracy and analyze anomalies in the ERP system, implementing corrective and preventive actions
• Ensure all system users execute ERP processes according to established rules and standards
• Identify root causes of data processing issues in SAP and resolve them effectively
• Update material flow parameters and manage material requirements between projects
• Collaborate with IT to resolve issues, test solutions, and report necessary modifications
• Provide training and support for end users, including the development of training materials
• Close completed projects in SAP by clearing old orders, transfer requests, and remaining inventory
• Drive continuous improvement by implementing and tracking change proposals within the ERP system

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience or a strong understanding of ERP systems, particularly SAP
• Knowledge of material planning and production processes
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, specifically Excel and Access
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with occupational health, safety, and environmental protection regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in SAP or other ERP systems
