Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end tracking of hardware purchase orders across data center MEP and infrastructure compute, storage, and networking
• Serve as the primary point of contact with hardware vendors and logistics partners
• Build and maintain dashboards and tracking tools for real-time visibility into orders and transit status
• Automate recurring data-gathering to reduce manual overhead
• Coordinate inbound logistics with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and receiving teams
• Identify procurement risks early and support new-vendor onboarding and demand forecasting

Requirements

• Experience coordinating procurement, supply chain, or logistics in a fast-moving environment
• Knowledge of data center hardware (transformers, chillers, InfiniBand switches, etc.)
• Ability to build tooling and automation (spreadsheets, Zapier, Airtable, or AI tools)
• Strong written communication skills for vendor escalations and status summaries
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Hardware procurement experience at a hyperscaler, neocloud, or semiconductor company
• Experience with ERP/procurement platforms such as SAP, Coupa, or NetSuite
• Knowledge of international freight, Incoterms, and customs
• CSCP or CPSM coursework
