About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage the timely procurement and provision of production resources using SAP ARIBA
  • Act as the ERP system Superuser for the Vienna production site
  • Handle the full order cycle from initial purchase to invoice approval
  • Create, process, and track capital expenditure (CAPEX) requests
  • Oversee storage and physical inventory control of auxiliary materials
  • Collaborate with various interfaces and external partners, including customs and tax authorities
  • Maintain and develop automated, department-specific inventory lists
  • Manage the storage of intermediate products, samples, and auxiliary materials in compliance with GMP and EHS regulations
  • Draft documentation and mandatory Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Requirements

  • Completed commercial education or vocational training (HASCH, HAK, or HTL)
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements
  • Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong IT affinity, particularly with Microsoft Excel and Power Apps (MS Office 365)
  • Professional experience in warehouse or production within a pharmaceutical environment is a significant advantage
  • Conscientious, responsible, flexible, and resilient work ethic
