Material Logistics Agent

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the internal flow of material with expeditors and production employees
• Participate in the material planning process and provide contingency plans for missing parts
• Manage and plan the work of internal suppliers
• Participate in daily morning meetings (DMM) to provide visibility on planned and unplanned shortages
• Prepare and validate documentation at various workstations
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Methods, and Quality to improve material flow management
• Actively participate in continuous improvement projects such as Lean manufacturing, 5S, and cost reduction initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or an equivalent field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in operations or logistics within a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English (written and oral)
• Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities with minimum supervision
