Material Handling Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Ensure material supply to the production line based on the 5 principles of material handling
• Supervise inventory management using WMS and ensure area safety and compliance with standards
• Manage and develop personnel through activity assignment, training, and performance evaluations
• Lead anomaly resolution and implement continuous improvement initiatives using PDCA and Kaizen
• Monitor operational indicators, follow up on audits, and participate in departmental meetings

Requirements

• Industrial Engineering degree or related field (or TSU in related areas)
• 1 to 2 years of experience in materials, production, or logistics
• 2 to 3 years of experience in personnel supervision, including training and performance management
• Knowledge of material handling, inventory control, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Availability to work onsite in Aguascalientes

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (PDCA, Kaizen) and 4M's control
• Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 audits
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and statistical tools
• Knowledge of N-TWI and Genba Kanri
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
