About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform shop order-picking, staging, and put-away functions using mobile barcode devices
- Utilize ERP systems to perform inventory transactions, inquiries, and troubleshooting
- Operate mobile equipment including forklifts, man-lifts, and pallet jacks to move material
- Optimize storage locations based on part velocity and volume policies
- Conduct inventory accuracy audits and maintain precise stock counts and product IDs
- Maintain all applicable paperwork and follow all safety rules and practices
Requirements
- Minimum six months of forklift operating experience
- Minimum six months of experience working in a team environment
- Minimum six months of data entry experience
- Experience in warehousing activities requiring high levels of precision and productivity
- Ability to use mobile devices for inventory transactions and order picking
