About the role
Responsibilities
- Inspect forklifts prior to use and complete required safety checklists
- Safely operate forklifts and transport batteries to charging stations
- Review production schedules to ensure correct packaging components are delivered to lines
- Manage inventory on the production floor and verify packing material needs
- Update the SAP system as required to maintain accurate records
- Unload elevators and supply materials to appropriate production lines
- Remove skids, cardboard, and banding bins from lines for recycling
Requirements
- Minimum Forklift Handling Certificate and valid Forklift License
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
