Material Handler

Responsibilities

• Receive products from manufacturing, pack items accordingly, and process orders through the system for customer shipment
• Verify product and quantity using paperwork and computer systems
• Prepare skids for shipment and load them into appropriate trucks or containers/trailers
• Perform cycle counts as required within the distribution center
• Operate various equipment including hand trucks, lift trucks, shrink wrappers, and hand strappers
• Input data into the computer system to ensure accurate inventory and shipping records

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience picking and packing materials
• Experience operating necessary PIV equipment
• Willingness to work extra hours or different hours as needed
