Material Handler

Responsibilities

• Coordinate warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, and inventory management
• Operate forklifts to load and unload trucks and transport materials between departments
• Analyze inbound shipments against required materials and communicate shortfalls to supervisors
• Assemble orders, pack, and wrap products for shipment in accordance with company policy
• Perform cycle counts, scanning, and inventory verifications to ensure accuracy
• Verify inbound materials, raw materials, and finished products against bills of lading
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with Sika's safety and housekeeping standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED certificate
• 4-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in forklift operation
