Material Handler

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, scan, verify, and prepare outbound shipments according to schedules and work instructions
• Audit inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy in quantity, condition, and labeling
• Use RF scanners, computers, and shipping systems to maintain inventory accuracy and complete transactions
• Prepare shipments to meet customer, carrier, and internal packaging standards
• Handle, label, and process dangerous goods shipments in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with housekeeping standards
• Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or shipment issues to leadership

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in shipping, warehouse operations, logistics, or material handling
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly throughout the workday
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move continuously for the duration of a shift

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or reach trucks
• Experience handling, packaging, or processing dangerous goods
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills
