Material Handler

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day inventory control and logistics supporting pharmaceutical fill/finish operations
• Load and unload materials between docks and trucks using hand trucks
• Process delivered materials, with a focus on temperature-sensitive receipts
• Prepare work-in-process (WIP) and lot-specific kits to support manufacturing
• Maintain accurate inventory logs, cycle counts, and expiration date maintenance
• Conduct all materials handling operations in strict accordance with written SOPs and cGMP procedures
• Complete chain of custody forms, receiving logs, and QC test requests for sampling

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
• High School diploma or equivalency
• Valid driver's license
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic math/computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Strong written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of ERP software
• APICS coursework or certification
