Responsibilities

• Stage raw materials and consumables in alignment with production schedules and work orders
• Ensure compounder stations are continuously stocked to prevent production downtime
• Help order basic lab consumables such as pipettes, bottles, caps, and labels
• Stock and organize raw materials and lab consumables in designated storage locations
• Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct routine cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies
• Monitor material levels and proactively communicate shortages
• Adhere to safety procedures, chemical handling guidelines, PPE requirements, and quality standards

Requirements

• Forklift Certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a manufacturing, laboratory, warehouse, or production environment
• Ability to work with chemicals, raw materials, and production equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs
• Ability to lift and move materials as required in a production setting
• Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
