Material Handler - Level 2

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and validate incoming materials against purchase orders and packing lists
• Maintain real-time inventory accuracy using ERP/WMS systems such as SAP or Oracle
• Perform system transactions including goods receipts, transfers, and shipments
• Support production and order fulfillment by delivering materials on time and in correct quantities
• Conduct cycle counts and assist in inventory reconciliation activities
• Ensure proper labeling, traceability, and documentation for all materials
• Follow Standard Work Procedures (SWPs) and Lean/5S practices to maintain an organized workspace
• Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and report any hazards

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or shipping/receiving within a manufacturing environment
• Eligibility for Controlled Goods Program (CGP) security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of safe material handling practices and ability to operate material handling equipment
• Familiarity with basic inventory management software
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
