Material Handler

Responsibilities

• Verify, stage, and prepare materials required for production runs
• Coordinate timely transfers of materials from warehouse to manufacturing
• Manage bulk kit hand-off to Manufacturing ensuring accuracy
• Support Manufacturing Material Dispensary operations including restocking
• Store and manage iPBMCs in LN2 storage units
• Conduct routine inventory counts for Warehouse and Manufacturing areas
• Ensure accurate recordkeeping of material movements and usage
• Monitor material discrepancies and communicate with Supply Chain leadership
• Adhere to all SOPs, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and safety guidelines

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1-5 years of experience in a GMP warehouse setting or logistics
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to operate computers and warehouse management software (ERP/MES)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to work flexible hours including overtime and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment
• Experience or certification in operating material handling equipment like forklifts
• Working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems
• APICS Certification is an asset
• Familiarity with LN2 storage handling
