Material Handler III

Responsibilities

• Support the efficient production of Plastic Pour Bottles by managing material accuracy and availability
• Perform and document line clearances and verify material correctness
• Operate forklifts to transfer gaylords and totes between production and warehouse areas
• Prepare containers by cleaning and relining them, including replacing bags in gaylords
• Stage finished goods and supply parts to manufacturing operations
• Report abnormalities, safety issues, or mechanical discrepancies to leadership
• Participate in continuous improvement, Lean exercises, and maintain 6S housekeeping standards

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Basic mathematical and computer skills
• Ability to read and understand specifications, procedures, and documentation
• Physical ability to bend, stoop, climb ladders, and stand for long periods
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds and lift above the shoulders
• Ability to learn and apply quality standards, SOPs, and cGMP

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous technical experience, training, or education
• Trained as a forklift and hand cart driver
