Material Handler II

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to locate, pick, stage, and load customer orders
• Use RF scanning equipment to record all product transactions and movements accurately
• Package orders securely for transportation to final locations
• Unload and load transfer trailers and supplier shipments
• Assist in the Pick and Pack area to pull orders as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, including storage and disposal areas

Requirements

• 1-3 years of forklift operation experience
• 1-3 years of experience in loading and unloading trucks
• Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing or shipping environment
• Ability to operate computers and radio frequency (RF) bar code equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move products up to 12 feet in length
• Flexibility to work overtime, holidays, or weekends if required
