Material Handler II

Responsibilities

• Accurately and safely load and unload materials to maintain inventory flow.
• Operate forklifts, hand trucks, hoists, and conveyors to move material within the facility.
• Manage consignment inventory, location-to-location moves, and inventory adjustments.
• Assist in the cycle counting process and maintain warehouse documentation.
• Collaborate with Inventory Control and the Distribution team to resolve quality or shipping issues.
• Stage materials in a timely and accurate manner to meet organizational needs.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of forklift experience.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, or lifting from awkward positions.
• Ability to repetitiously push and pull cases weighing between 200lbs and 800lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience pulling orders in a warehouse environment.
