Material Handler I

Responsibilities

• Operate a stand-up forklift to perform assigned duties safely and efficiently
• Support production needs by handling and distributing raw materials and finished goods to workstations
• Verify tags, markings, and labels for accuracy
• Load and unload trucks while processing and maintaining appropriate paperwork
• Maintain parts inventory, assist with monthly inventory, and organize warehouse stock
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area

Requirements

• Previous experience driving a forklift
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Flexibility to work overtime when needed
• Proven record of success in a fast-paced environment
