Material Handler I

Responsibilities

• Drive to and from vendor facilities to pick up and deliver parts
• Support warehouse operations including ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping materials
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure all materials are properly identified and stored
• Move parts, work-in-progress (WIP), or finished products to the production line
• Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, rolling carts, or forklifts
• Maintain required documentation for all parts and materials moved
• Ensure work areas are maintained safely, neatly, and free from damage

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs. regularly without assistance
• Proficient in computer use for data entry, part scanning, and printing picklists
• Ability to read, write, and perform mathematical computations
• Ability to work in non-temperature-controlled environments
• Successful completion of drug and background screening
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 1-year of manufacturing or inventory experience preferred
