Material Handler

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials and products according to company standards and safety regulations
• Pick, pack, and prepare materials for shipment ensuring accuracy and quality
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy
• Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently to move materials within the warehouse
• Collaborate with production and logistics teams to coordinate material flow and resolve inventory discrepancies

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in processing roles with a focus on accuracy and compliance
• Strong knowledge of data processing systems and transaction management
• Proficiency in using processing software and tools relevant to the industry
• Ability to analyze and resolve discrepancies and errors efficiently
• U.S. Person status required (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or protected status under asylum/refugee status)

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume processing environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies
