About the role
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials and products according to company standards and safety regulations
- Pick, pack, and prepare materials for shipment ensuring accuracy and quality
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently to move materials within the warehouse
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to coordinate material flow and resolve inventory discrepancies
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in processing roles with a focus on accuracy and compliance
- Strong knowledge of data processing systems and transaction management
- Proficiency in using processing software and tools relevant to the industry
- Ability to analyze and resolve discrepancies and errors efficiently
- U.S. Person status required (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or protected status under asylum/refugee status)
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume processing environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies
