Material Handler

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory location assignments and job order deliveries using forklifts safely and efficiently
• Conduct receiving inspections to verify goods before directing them to appropriate storage areas
• Identify safety challenges, recognize potential hazards, and recommend corrective actions
• Adhere to all company safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment
• Obtain and maintain forklift certification

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience with forklift and pallet jack operation
• Experience in shipping and receiving processes
• Strong mathematical accuracy for inventory counts
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail regarding labeling, damaged goods, and misplaced items
