Material Handler

Responsibilities

• Prepare, pack, and ship customer orders
• Count, verify, receive, and organize incoming products from suppliers and customer returns
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts and other mechanical handling equipment
• Verify receiving documents against physical products and note discrepancies or damages
• Enter received products into the computer system
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety by removing debris and waste
• Assist teammates with counter customer service

Requirements

• High school diploma (asset)
• Customer service and verbal communication skills
• Ability to learn product knowledge and software systems
• Ability to operate forklifts and mechanical handling machinery safely
• Strong attention to detail and mathematical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with plumbing and construction products
