Material Handler

Responsibilities

• Receive, handle, and store supplies and parts from outside vendors according to Quality Control Procedures (QCPs)
• Visually inspect incoming supplies for damages or part number mismatches and report discrepancies to the foreman
• Issue materials and perform periodic cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
• Monitor inventory levels and expiration dates for shelf-life items, rotating stock as necessary
• Maintain a clean and organized stockroom, packaging, and staging area
• Use computerized inventory systems to receive and release parts
• Prepare parts and accessories for domestic and export shipment using established packing and labeling procedures
• Operate packaging machines and electronic label-making terminals
• Perform visual verification of part identification and check for contamination or handling damage
• Maintain all required logs, documents, and records as part of the Certified Operator program
• Lift and transport production materials and equipment using power hoists, hand trucks, or forklifts

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution
• U.S. person status (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) to comply with export regulations
• Must reside within a 50-mile radius of Euclid, Ohio (no relocation benefits provided)
