Material Handler

Responsibilities

• Draw and stage required materials from appropriate locations for production lines
• Set up materials according to supervisor instructions and manage rail call unloading systems
• Monitor resin delivery systems, including additive levels and regrind mixes
• Inspect materials for contamination and maintain proper color mix levels
• Monitor pull-line feed equipment and perform minor repairs as needed
• Inspect products for defects and monitor equipment performance

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse experience
• Familiarity with SAP and Inventory Management processes
• Valid forklift/lift truck license
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for up to 12 hours per shift
• Strong mathematical, reading, and writing competency
• Ability to work a 2-2-3 shift rotation (Day or Night shifts)
