About the role
Responsibilities
- Stock and pick engine components and parts to support the engine assembly process
- Operate forklifts, hoists, hand trucks, and pickers to move materials
- Perform accurate data entry using computer systems, tablets, and scanners
- Utilize Navision for parts movement, research, and data management
- Use hand tools and small power tools in a safe and nondestructive manner
- Follow standardized work procedures and workstation instructions
- Maintain a clean work area and participate in safety and quality improvement activities
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs frequently
- Ability to stand on concrete for an entire shift with repetitive bending, stooping, and twisting
- Capability for repetitive hand manipulation and grasping power tools
- Ability to read, understand, and complete technical documentation and drawings
- Willingness to work overtime and cross-train in different areas as required
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment (automotive or trucking preferred)
- Previous mechanical experience
- High School Diploma or GED

- Starting pay of $19.55/hr up to $27.59/hr
