Material Handler

Responsibilities

• Load and unload product pallets for sterilization using a forklift in compliance with operational plans
• Inspect, place, and document product dosimeters throughout each lot
• Safely operate the irradiator, internal and external conveyors, and auxiliary support systems
• Diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform timely repairs to minimize downtime
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Irradiator Operations area
• Ensure proper product and lot segregation in pre-sterile and post-sterile staging areas
• Maintain compliance with all government and company safety regulations and Quality System Requirements

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 6 to 12 months of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Ability to lift and/or move materials up to 65 pounds
• Ability to work the night shift
