Material Handler

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and instruct line help to meet production and quality goals
• Inspect equipment for safety and maintain a safe work environment
• Read and understand production orders
• Use forklifts, cranes, and manual handling to move materials
• Complete proper documentation for produced materials
• Maintain productivity and quality requirements

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a related area
• Basic Microsoft knowledge
• Experience with forklifts, banders, nail guns, overhead cranes, saws, and pneumatic equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds continually above shoulder height and below the waist
• Ability to stand and walk 8 to 12 hours daily
• Ability to work in varying and extreme outdoor conditions
